What we can’t do.
We try very hard to make sure the information we send you is accurate, but sometimes the sources we obtain contacts from can get it wrong. We do try and check every bit of information we send but we won’t be able to guarantee that it is 100% correct. We obtain a lot of our information from the web, and of course this might not be accurate or up to date.
We also can’t give you the personal names and addresses of the decision-makers of the businesses we send you. But, we will be able to give you the business contact details for you to approach yourself.
We also can’t guarantee that you will sell your chosen products to the businesses your request. We can help with your personal pitch but the rest is down to you.
How long does it take to receive my Pitch Pack?
Once you place your order, our team of experts (with a bit of help from AI) will create your personalised Pitch Pack and deliver it to your email address within 3 to 5 days.
What if something isn’t right in my Pitch Pack?
If there’s anything amiss with the content, we offer one free revision. However, to ensure accuracy, please provide accurate details when placing your order.
What contact information will I get?
When placing an order for business contact details, we will search for all available methods of contact. Sometimes very limited contact information is available, which means you may receive just a phone number, email or website address of a business. Don’t expect every business to show their full details.
How often should I update my Pitch Pack?
We recommend updating your Pitch Pack every 6 months to keep it fresh and aligned with changes in your business, market trends, and pricing.
Who owns the content in my Pitch Pack?
You do! Once we deliver your Pitch Pack, you have full rights to all the content we create. You’re free to customise and use it as you wish.

As mentioned above, you won’t get the personal contact details of business owners or staff members as this contravenes GDPR rules. You will get contact details of businesses, which you can make contact with to help direct you to the right person within the organisation you need to speak to.
